This site started life as citiesforfree.com back in 1997 and became londonforfree.net around 2000.
It is therefore one of the original "London for free" sites.
Purpose
Its main purpose is to help visitors to London enjoy their time here a little more by providing them with a few ideas on how to make the most of their stay without spending loads of money.
It is not intended to be a comprehensive listing of everything that is free in London. There are other sites that do this for example, LondonFreeList.
