Overview

This walk will take you from Blackfriars up through Ludgate Circus, along Fleet Street, through Temple and on to Chancery Lane.

You will visit three of the famous four Inns of Court, the site of Newgate Prison, the Old Bailey and the Royal Courts of Justice.

Start at Blackfriars tube - old Bridewell House of Correction - Old Bailey - Newgate Prison - Fleet Street - Temple - Templars' Church - Royal Courts of Justice - Old Curiosity Shop - Lincoln's Inn Fields - Sir John Soane's Museum - London Silver Vaults - Lincolns Inn - end at Chancery Lane station

This walk is best done on week days, as the area around Temple, including Templars' Church, is closed at weekends.
