Buckingham Palace and the Changing of the Guards
Buckingham Palace is one of Britain’s most iconic buildings and the changing of the guards scene is just magnificent. It happens daily at 11.30am, regardless of the season and this scene is highly sought after so make sure you get there early to secure a spot.
Built in 1837, Buckingham Palace has been the Royal Family’s London residence since Queen Victoria’s accession. When the Queen goes away to Scotland, in her summer residence, visitors can also purchase tickets to tour inside the Palace in its State Rooms, the Queen’s Gallery, and the Royal Mews.
Hyde Park
This is one of the most famous parks in London and it is also the largest. The park is home to many memorial features, as well as two bodies of water, including the Serpentine. You can also go paddle-boating at Hyde Park and witness many swans.

Westminster
